Well now Bamabullies is emailing me, just recieved 3 emails, he is claiming Rick from Astrobull stole his pick and photoshoped it and posted it on the forum.
"Just so you know Ricky stole the picture off my old web-site and doctered it and posted it on the fourm. You should be ashamed of your self you just say things without knowing people"

I know this is not true because I saw this image with my own eyes on bamabullies website.

Bamabullies now has a new website and has removed all the things I previously quoted that they had on their website in my previous post ! I am sorry now I pointed these things out !

They advertised you can pay by visa or mastercard ... they ask for a $500 holding deposit ... 'first in best dressed' so to speak as they say "the picking order is established by the order deposits are recieved'
The typical tell tail signs of a puppy mill ...

This guys has been sending me the most crazy emails for months now, I just put this address into the Spam tray, so I'm not reading his stupid mails. I picture he claims I steal from his website was send from a person over an email, I have check his website lately, but you know "fine feathers don't make fine birds" a puppy mill will be always a puppy mill.

This morning my wife got a phone call from a guy trying to speak Spanish. hehehe. this guy thinks he can bother the whole bull terrier world just because he has unsolved issues with somebody, leave people alone and solve you own problems, and perhaps get your head checked!

Finally I received the phone Call, and I need to make clear, that Joe Perez (from Mass.) and Bamabullies are different people, I thought they were the same person, but after this phone call, it was clear both of them are different people, even Frank is another people, they have an issue with a person that I know, and they will post an explanation of this case, without personal references, just to make public their case, if anyone is interested in dig into this, they claim to have enough proves that will send by mail by request. Since I have nothing to say about this case, I offer just to release their accounts from ban list, if they act with the rules of the board, keeping names and personal references out. I believe the have the right to explain and make their points clear.

Change: Joe Perez (unbanned, by user polite request).

not that long ago I had a puppy request by a certain joe perez which I turned down.
he then went on to buy a very nice puppy bitch from belarus I think ... I found that bitch on the bama bullies website under females ???

hmmmmmm well Rick I think things are not quite what they seem I frank ages ago not just for what was written in the remus topic think it was that one..but for another topic he started about another kennel, he then posted a reply to that topic introducing himself as Joe yet he was still signed in as Frank, not too smart I still have that topic...frank and joe would know the topic I speak of ...kinda odd coincidence hey?

anyway unban him if you wish but from now on I will be keeping a very close eye

edit to add and if in the future they get again, its for life..I dont care how many emails they send.

Hi Andrea and Elena, this is a really odd situation, I just wanted to act like a neutral person, not that I agree with what they do, these guys, Joe, Frank, Malcom they have a lot of stuff to explain, Bamabullies still sending the worst emails to my Spam tray, but at least "Joe Perez" call me saying that he was another person, not that you, Andrea explained to me about the female he bought being published on the Bamabullies website, I found this even more confusing, because Joe told me on the phone that Bamabullies had never bought a dog from outside the country just from pet shops, so now I think that maybe they all are partners or something like that.

The only decent message, email, or phone call that I have received from these people have been last afternoon, from Joe Perez, that I used to believe was all of them the same guy sending me those awful messages on my Inbox, that's why I all three accounts, but after he explained he was a different person, I felt bad for my mistake, so I agree to take him from the ban list, so he could express himself.

I never received nothing from "Frank" so he remains on the ban list, and from Bamabullies, he will remain there because his antisocial behavior, I can't tolerate that. you can have issues with someone but insulting for no reason is something I can't stand.

I don't know Joe Perez, I never heard from him, I can't remember a message he told me yesterday he sent to me one year ago, I receive lots of messages from people looking for dogs, I always replay to everyone, but I search on my account for his name and nothing came out, I don't know what's going on will all of this, but I'm glad you all are concerned to this situation and we all will keep our eyes wide open to keep this forum the way it is, a place for friends.

Well guys, this morning I received a phone call from Malcom from Bamabullies, he wanted to apologize for the emails and his attitude on this last months, I'm not a person looking for troubles, I will take out the Picture that I posted here, because he asked me so, as far as I felt from his voice, he understood a lot from all this situation, and I explained to him, the same that I explained to "Joe Perez" over our telephonic communication, the forum is not a judge, they can't make personal references on it, they can explain their cases, aware people about, but we here can't distinguish between a false information and a real accusation. So it seems they understood it.

I hope they will give a good use of this final opportunity, I will keep apart of this, I got involved in all of this, because I have a common friend related with the issues between the parties, but I have no relation with this specific case, I start receiving messages from them and I repeat, if someone else ask me for this I will say the same, I have nothing bad to say about parties involved, one because I partially know my friend, and I'm not involved in his business, and second because I don't know, until this two phone calls, Joe Perez and Malcom from Bamabullies.

My motivation is as always to help people, to understand to each other, I know some bad things will be thrown at you when get in the middle of a confrontation, but when your acts are clear and you are a good person, the truth will always prevail, at the end of this awkward situation, I think I helped somehow the truth to be revealed, I think all parts have the opportunities to explain their points of view. but taking in account that the other part in question is not using this forum, I will ask Joe and Malcom, please do not use personal references, just expose their cases, the situation and for anyone interested in expanding the information on this case, please contact them by mail.

I'm trying to be neutral guys, I have no right to take their rights out, as far as I believe, I will ask Elena, Peter and Ana, as Administrator to pay attention and take the measures they consider to be necessary if rules are not taken in respect. As I said I keep outside of this situation, I have nothing bad or good to say about this case, but if I can help in any way, believe me that I will help.
